Can I get a refund on custom work, e.g. arrows cut-to-length, etc.?

Services, customizations are non-refundable.

I’m getting a refund on an order. When will I get my money?

How do I start a refund/return/exchange?

Send an email to orders@archerystl.com and include what happened, your order number, pictures (if applicable), and a phone number we can contact you at if we need more information.

Classes & Coaching

I’m interested in a private lesson. Can you come to my home?

In some cases we can hold lessons at your home, as long as there are no safety issues or legal concerns. If you contact us before scheduling your first lesson, we can give an initial assessment over the phone followed up by an in-person visit to evaluate the safety of your property for archery.

I’d like to host an archery class for my organization. What space requirements do you need?

The minimum size space we can set up an indoor “pop up” range in is 50′ x 50′ with a ceiling of 10′. For an outdoor space, we will need to evaluate the area beforehand.
In either case, contact us to set up an in-person inspection of your space.

Should I book a ‘beginner’ or an ‘intermediate’ level lesson?

Great question! Beginner lessons are great for people new to archery and are not familiar with the NTS Steps of Shooting taught by USA Archery.
Intermediate lessons are for those who are familiar with archery and want to learn how to avoid shoulder injury, want personal instruction to improve their consistency, or need an outside eye to help diagnose a problem.
